To start operations with Yarza Custom Broker Group, we gratefully ask you to provide the detailed information below, in order to build an accurate profile for administrative purposes. This will allow us to properly manage your tax data on your international trade operations. On the other hand, it is important that when you start the procedures for import you must be previously registered at the National Importers Registry and having sent the Entrust Letter format to the SAT where we have been granted our two customs patents.

The documentation that we should have prior to the management of yours operations is:

For Business Societies:

• A copy of the writ of the company (RFC)
• Copy of registration format to the SAT, in order to establish your correct legal address.
• Copy of Notice of Amendment to Legal address (if applicable).
• Copies of proof of address.
• Copy of the Entrust Letter form signed by the legal representative.
• Original Entrust Letter on Company paper, signed by the Legal Representative.
• Copy of the Power of Attorney which accredits the legal representative, who signed the two documents mentioned above.
• Copy of Official Id of the legal representative.
• Copy of the IMMEX Decree, (if applicable).
• Copy of Promotion Program Manager, PROSEC (if applicable).
  

For persons, with business activities:

•  Copy of the Entrust Letter form signed by the person.
• Original Entrust Letter signed by the person.

Being a person with business activity, does not require to be on the Importers Registry, according to the rule of foreign trade 2.2.2. numeral 7, which is worth bill until 5000 dlls and numeral 15, in case of personal use goods that indicates the very rule. It requires the same documentation already mentioned, with the option that is not required to send the Entrust Letter form conferred at SAT.
