In 1958, the same year Mexican politician Adolfo López Mateos was starting his presidency, Yarza Custom Brokers Group, opened its headquarters in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico. As the years passed by, the Company grows and expands through the country, opening dispatch centers in some of the key borders of Mexico and the United States with the offices in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, and a warehouse in Laredo, Texas; another one to carry out the border crossing operations between Piedras Negras, Coahuila, and Eagle Pass, Texas; the Cd. Juárez agency to perform the dispatch operation to El Paso, Texas; and finally, a new office at Altamira, to serve the Tampico and Altamira seaports of, two of the most heavy traffic harbors in Mexico.
In addition, we have settle agreements with other Mexican Customer Brokers in order to fulfill our customer needs in cities like Veracruz, Manzanillo, Monterrey and Mexico City.
In 1986, Mexico entry the General Agreement on Trade and Tariffs (GATT); this fact increase the transparency on international trade procedures.
Since 1994, Yarza Custom Brokers Group has strengthened its status: in 1994, the Mexican Department of Treasury granted us the Custom Patent 3330, and later, approved the Custom Patent 3469. Both documents allow us to offer our services through the Mexican border. Nonetheless, these documents guarantee that Yarza can deliver an uninterrupted service no matter what unexpected problem may occur. A year later, in 1995, Mexico becomes a member of the World trade Organization (WTO).
