Modificacion a Decreto PROSEC

Por medio del presente hacemos de su conocimiento que el día 22 de mayo de 2024, la Secretaria de Economía publico en el DOF en su edición vespertina el Decreto que reforma el diverso por el que se establecen distintos Programas de Promoción Sectorial, en el cual se establece lo siguiente:

  • Se adicionan al articulo 4, fracción XX (de la Industria Textil y de la Confección), inciso a), del Decreto PROSEC, las siguientes fracciones:
  • Se suprime del articulo 5, fracción XII (Dela Industria de Manufacturas del Caucho y Plástico), del Decreto PROSEC, la fraccion arancelaria 3907.61.01.
  • El presente decreto entra en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en DOF.

Lo anterior se informa para que sea considerado en sus operaciones de comercio exterior. Para mayor referencia se adjunta al presente, extracto de DOF.
